Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can lead to high blood pressure, stroke, chronic heart failure and other cardiovascular problems. Therefore, patients with OSA, should receive PET myocardial perfusion imaging as early as possible to exclude coronary microcirculatory dysfunction.
